Returns
If your order isn't exactly what you expected, you have 14 days to return your items for a full refund. We kindly request that the items are in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
03. Warranty
Our team is committed to ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction with every purchase. That’s why we offer you a one-year warranty on all our frames, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, including issues such as hinge soldering, early deterioration or peeling of frame coatings, and lens coating delamination.
Please note, our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, like minor scratches on lenses or frames, or damage from accidents, improper use, or storage. Third-party modifications and any damage caused by chemicals—like hair spray, cologne, or alcohol—are also not included.
