DELIVERY ADDRESS & COLLECTION

It's your responsibility to arrange collection of the parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection. We do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments nor do we take responsibility for errors due to faulty delivery addresses, orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will not be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 30 days after you received it. Products must be returned unused and in original state. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned without having been tampered with. The incurred costs for returning are not covered for.

If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.
