Returns

Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 30 days from the moment you received it. Products must be returned unused and in its original state. All original packaging needs to be returned without having been tampered with. 

When returning an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts for proof of shipment. Please make sure to clearly write on the shipping box: ‘Returned goods, no commercial value’. Any possible import taxes will be deducted from the refund. For further steps in this process simply email us at support@redprestige.com with your order number + the name of the product you wish to return. 

Please note the incurred costs for returns are not covered for.

 

Customs, Duties, Taxes


All orders within the EU are free of import/customs duties and taxes.

For all other international orders, import/customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or the shipping costs. When you place your order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes charged by your country of destination. Unfortunately we are unable to cover these costs for you. If you wish to receive more detailed information, please check with your national customs office before purchasing.

It is your responsibility to fill the correct shipping address and arrange collection of the parcel once dispatched. Orders rejected by recipient or returned-to-sender will be subject to re-delivery fees and brokerage fees. Refunds will not be granted.
