We ship to the majority of countries worldwide thanks to our extensive distribution network. Our most common shipping areas are: United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom.
All EU orders are free of import/custom duties. Other international orders may be subject to tax. Please do note that import duties is at own responsibility.
Yes, we provide free standard shipping for orders above €200/$200 for most countries. Head over to the checkout to find out whether your country is eligible for the free shipping option.
Orders generally leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. The average shipping times per region are:
UNITED STATES: 2-7 days express
EUROPE: 1-6 days express
UNITED KINGDOM: 2-6 days express
CANADA: 2-7 days express
REST OF WORLD: 5-25 days standard

You will be sent a tracking link by e-mail and/or SMS immediately after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please do note: while your tracking link may already be active, in some cases it can take an extra 24-72 hours for the shipping carrier to further update your tracking link.
If you haven't received a tracking code, please check with your bank whether your payment has gone through and contact us at support@redprestige.com.
All payments are SSL-protected. You can pay for your order with the following payment methods:

Most likely this is a temporary hold on your credit card by your payment provider. The hold will be removed, your order will not be processed and you will not be charged.

Yes, all our eyewear pieces are prescription-ready, allowing you to see the world clearly.
Although in this moment in time we don't offer prescription lenses ourselves, you can visit your trusted local eyewear shop to have them fitted.
Note to always consult in advance and if you choose to replace them, this will be at own risk.
Restocks are happening at varying intervals. Our email subscribers will be the first to get notified on this.
If you cannot find the specific model you're looking for inside the online store; this most likely means it's a sold out model which will never return again.
We produce among top tier brands with standard sizing that are common in North America and Europe.

To ensure the longevity of your sunglasses, we recommend a couple key things:
- Store them in a protective case when not in use.
- Keep them clean with the cleaning cloth.

- When taking the sunglasses off; use both hands to avoid any strain on the frame.
- Keep them dry as much as you can and avoid swimming, heavy sweating in them.

Returns
You may return your order within 14 days after receiving it. To return your order send us an email at support@redprestige.com with the following info:

Our support team will instruct you with the next steps.
*To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in its original state including its original packaging.
Once your return arrives, our dedicated quality control team will carefully inspect its current condition and overall quality. We'll process the eligible funds within 14 days to you.
Please note that your return must have been delivered to our warehouse first in order to receive a refund.
