Warranty

RED PRESTIGE® offers 1 year warranty on all products from the purchase date. This warranty includes cover for: manufacturing defects such as soldering defects of the temple hinges, premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating, delimitation or peeling of the lens coating.

Not covered for are: normal wear and tear damages such as scratches on the lenses or frame, any damages caused by accident, neglect, abuse, shock, improper use or storage of the frames, modifications made by a 3rd party or damaged caused by chemicals such as hair spray, cologne, alcohol.

All warranty claims are subject to a case by case evaluation.
