Returns

Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days after receiving it. Products must be returned unused and in its original state. All original packaging needs to be returned without having been tampered with. 

When returning an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts for proof of shipment. Please make sure to clearly write on the shipping box: ‘Returned goods, no commercial value’. Any possible import taxes will be deducted from the refund. For further steps in this process simply email us at support@redprestige.com with your [order number] + [the product] you wish to return.

Please note the incurred costs for returns are not covered for.
